Children learn in various ways, whether it be visual, auditory or physical, art has proven to work with all types of learning. Join us on a journey through literature based art as we introduce and elaborate on color, shape, the alphabet, numbers and dabble with science projects. Our program helps children prepare for preschool and kindergarten through creative exploration.
We take each subject and explore it in different ways introducing familiar and unfamiliar tools for children to work with. Each morning children will gather together for a story and then be broken into groups; 2 to 3 year olds and 3 1/2 to 4 year olds. Each group will begin their lesson which will include method arts (printing, puppet making, watercolor etc.). A collection of their work will be captured in a box that the children will decorate themselves.
Program starts September 14th and runs for 16 weeks.
Select from mornings 1, 2 or 3 days a week or afternoons 2 days a week.
Mornings: Mon, Wed, Fri - 9:15 - 11:30 am
Afternoons: Mon, Fr - 12:30 - 2:45 pm
Cost:
3 day program: $820 + $50 material fee
2 day program: $620 + 40 material fee
1 day program: $310 + 40 material fee
